Bokchoy Tang restaurant is situated on level 3 of the Crossbar at Federation Square. It seats around 200 inside with a further 30 on the terrace, which has spectacular views of the Plaza and Melbourne's CBD. The menu is designed to introduce Melbourne to contemporary Chinese cuisine. The kitchen is the first open CHinese kitchen, where traditional cooking methods are utilised in the preparation of entirely contemporary dishes suited to the Western palate. The cuisine is based upon principles in which quality, freshness and respect for the delicate, natural flavours of each ingredient are paramount.
